The Way Our Pest Control Works

On the initial service, we may:

  1. Take off and treat behind electrical sockets in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and other "wet" areas.
  2. Use granular baits behind wall voids, appliances, and pocket doors to eliminate any pests lurking in the home.
  3. Check the attic for Rodent activity or any pest activity. We will also treat your attic upon initial service if necessary.
  4. Do a thorough inspection and report any *areas of concern to you.

*Areas of concern may include shrubs touching home, branches overhanging the house, standing water around the home, open areas where Rodents can get into your home, clutter too close to home, etc.

Every other month/or Quarterly/or monthly (and on the initial treatment), you can expect your exterior treatment to consist of:

  1. Use a "web duster" to remove all cobwebs from your front entrance, windows, and garage areas to keep spiders from "hanging around" your home.
  2. Spray treatment to spray around all windows, doors, soffits, foundation, cracks, crevices, back lanai, corners, and ledges to apply a "barrier" that bugs cannot go safely through.
  3. Treat areas 3 feet up 5 feet out, including mulch, rocks, walkways, etc.
  4. Suppress Fire Ants nesting on your property.

    Our home and office pest prevention system is unique in that we stop pests before they get inside the home. The prevention techniques that we utilize include treating the outside walls, around the foundation, under the eaves, and any openings that pests may use to enter the house. We can control fire ants' colonies with bait to stop them on the lawn. If necessary, indoor treatments are used, but the bait is placed out of sight, and we spot treat elsewhere to minimize the amount of product applied inside. Using regular exterior treatments, we can mitigate indoor treatments.


    Patriot Pest Management can also treat fewer common pests such as yellow jackets, carpenter bees, millipedes, Indian meal moths, or ticks.
